Join CSG as a Billing System Analyst II where you will develop deep expertise in our billing systems and design business support solutions for clients in telecom, cable, and media. You'll translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions and ensure end-to-end project functionality.
What You'll Do
- Learn and develop deep expertise in our billing systems over time.
- Design and implement business support solutions within telecom, cable, and media clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of CSG interface solutions.
- Work with peers and customers to ensure end-to-end project business functionality of interface APIs from scheduling and design through implementation.
- Provide consultation and solutions to improve customer's business efficiencies and solve business problems.
- Bring awareness of potential new opportunities for adding more products and services back to CSG into the account.
- Document interface solutions, create validation test scripts, and support interface API upgrades, integrations, validations, and implementations with clients and vendors.
- Deliver feedback to the Product Management team to ensure future product releases meet customer and business needs.
- Translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- In-depth understanding of client needs and the broad impact of changes in the business environment and industry trends.

- Solid understanding of project management and requirements management processes.

Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with billing systems or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with software integration or technical support.
- Familiar with SFTP and Communication Protocols, i.e., HTTPS, SOAP, VPN, etc.
- Experience in supporting XML, JSON, and REST interface APIs.
- Awareness of Agile Software development methodologies such as SAFe or KanBan.
- Basic knowledge of log observability tools such as Kibana.
