Your Role: As a Billing Specialist within our team, you will: - Execute comprehensive billing processes from initial draft generation to final client delivery, including editing, research, formatting, and securing necessary approvals. - Provide analytical support to legal professionals through detailed time and billing reporting. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Billing, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Conflicts Group to manage operational complexities. - Demonstrate proficient vendor website navigation for invoicing, accounts receivable review, and rate processing. The salary range spans $70,000 – $80,000, representing the organization's good faith compensation estimate.
