You'll be instrumental in establishing trusted relationships to enhance individual health, delivering flexible, comprehensive, and personalized health assessments directly to patients' homes. Job highlights The 45-minute consultation enables one-on-one interaction and health inquiries. It encompasses medication and medical history review, physical assessment, and potentially additional diagnostic tests as specified by the health plan. You'll utilize an iPad with an intuitive clinical workflow and are not responsible for prescribing medications, ordering labs, or modifying existing treatment protocols.
