AT&T Services, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative to bring a customized sales experience directly to customers' homes. You'll work independently at scheduled appointments, introducing AT&T's latest technology and services through hands-on demonstrations and assessments. This is an elite group of sales professionals driven to connect people with what matters most to them.
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
- Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
- Connect with existing customers daily using strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customers on their timeline.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of commission sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in upselling techniques.
- Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

- Outside sales experience.

Work Mode
This is a local, field-based role serving the Mountain View, California and San Jose, CA areas.
