About the Role

Join AT&T Services, Inc. as a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative and become part of an elite group of sales professionals. You'll bring a customized, white glove experience directly into the customer's home, acting as the face and voice of AT&T. You'll work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, closing deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
  • Close sales by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
  • Connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments to engage with warm prospects effectively.
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make sales.
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Nice to Have

  • Outside sales experience.

  • Compensation: Between $60,300 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities.

This is a local field sales position based in and around Ridgeland, Mississippi.
