Join AT&T Services, Inc. as a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative and become part of an elite group of sales professionals. You'll bring a customized, white glove experience directly into the customer's home, acting as the face and voice of AT&T. You'll work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, closing deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
- Close sales by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
- Connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments to engage with warm prospects effectively.
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make sales.
- Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of commission sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

- Outside sales experience.
