About the Role

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Solutions Specialist to be the friendly voice and trusted resource for our customers. You will deliver the best possible experience by supporting customers throughout the entire ordering process.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively respond to product and service inquiries via telephone, email, or fax.
  • Accurately place and process orders per established guidelines.
  • Recognize and act on opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
  • Follow up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and quotes in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on all open quotes and unresolved customer inquiries.
  • Properly and accurately document all calls.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 p.m. EST.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Excitement about handling a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • A reliable, high-speed ethernet internet connection at home (at least 10 mbps).
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers.
  • Thrive working independently and efficiently to meet all deadlines.
  • Exemplify all company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • A High School Diploma and/or a combination of customer service experience.
  • An average typing speed of 40 wpm.
  • Must live in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, or Texas.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, or Texas.
