Mangone Law Firm, LLC is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Moderator to maintain dynamic and proactive engagement across our social media platforms. In this role, you will manage our online community and ensure effective communication with our followers.
What You'll Do
- Maintain dynamism and proactivity across all assigned social media platforms.
- Manage interactions with the online community by responding to comments and direct messages.
- Moderate live sessions to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
- Use knowledge of social media metrics to assess interaction effectiveness and suggest improvements.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media moderation or a related role.
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent spelling and writing skills, with speed and accuracy in user responses.
- Crisis management skills on social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills and empathy when interacting with our community.
- Knowledge of basic social media metrics and performance analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
