Concentrix is looking for a Bilingual Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Rep to provide expert customer service support. In this remote role, you will resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and services via inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers in both English and Spanish.
What You'll Do
- Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish.
- Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
- Process new and/or amended enrollments.
- Ensure clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences.
- Deliver expert customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Six months of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Spanish and English communication.
- Active resident license to sell health insurance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Passion for helping others.
- Patient and empathetic nature.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Compensation: $19/hr for training, $22/hr in production (Bilingual Spanish).
