Amparo Insurance is hiring a Bilingual Sales Representative (Portuguese/Spanish) to own the end-to-end sales process for personal auto insurance. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for future policyholders, delivering a tailored customer experience across phone, text, and email. You'll join a rapidly growing, innovative company that values collaboration and career growth.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound communication via calls, texts, and emails regarding new personal auto insurance quotes.
- Receive client information and prepare accurate quotes based on driving history and other rating criteria, following underwriting guidelines.
- Collect and manage supporting documentation, including drivers’ licenses and proof of license history.
- Run vendor reports from multiple systems to verify the accuracy of client-provided insurance and driving history information.
- Advise clients on appropriate insurance coverage and options relative to their specific circumstances.
- Maintain client relationships throughout the new policy process, navigating questions pre and post policy issuance.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1 year of service or sales experience in the insurance industry.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with the CEO, underwriters, and inside sales team members, reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader.
