Huzzle is hiring a Bilingual Sales Representative (German or Polish Speaker)

About the Role

Huzzle is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative fluent in German or Polish for a role focused on outbound prospecting for global B2B tech companies. The candidate will join Huzzle's talent pool and be matched to a full-time remote position with a client company.

What You'll Do

  • Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospects daily.
  • Send personalized outreach emails per day to targeted accounts.
  • Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs.
  • Use multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messages) to engage prospects.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Log all activities, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
  • Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written).
  • 2+ years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role.
  • Background and experience in SaaS, Tech, MarTech, or FinTech.
  • Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
