Huzzle is looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative fluent in German and English to connect B2B sales professionals with global companies. In this role, you will drive lead generation, qualification, and deal closure for remote positions across various tech industries.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage potential leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their needs.
- Deliver product demos and manage the pipeline through to close.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven success in closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills in both German and English.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience using sales tools such as CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
- HubSpot/Salesforce experience preferred.
