Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
  • Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated product areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate intensively with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize features, and navigate trade-offs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Develop a profound understanding of the credit card domain, payment processing, relevant Japanese laws, and our current system specifications, leveraging documents in both English and Japanese.
