About the role:
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this B2B role puts you at the heart of our merchant relationships. You'll be the point person working directly with business owners, finance managers, and sales agents nationwide who want to leverage our consumer financing platform. Success here means being a self-motivated, detail-oriented customer service champion who thrives in high-energy environments. You're the kind of team player who communicates with enthusiasm, stays cool under pressure, and consistently delivers results.
What you'll do:
- Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders.
- Drive growth by reactivating underperforming accounts and expanding partner volumes.
- Quickly route dealer loan issues to the right teams and ensure rapid resolution.
- Use deep product expertise to provide strategic sales consultations.
- Keep partners informed about our latest program updates and processes.
- Coach businesses on maximizing our tools to position financing and monthly payment options.
- Onboard and train new merchant employees on the Financeit platform.
- Maintain strict adherence to approval and risk requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Merchant Approval, Activation, and Engagement teams to optimize the sales journey.
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed:
- 1+ years of hands-on direct sales and relationship management experience.
- Full professional fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
- Proven track record in managing B2B sales and service relationships.
- CRM proficiency, with Salesforce expertise a major plus.
- Top-tier interpersonal and communication skills—able to build instant rapport and handle diverse client needs.
- Exceptional ability to juggle priorities and hit deadlines, even in high-pressure scenarios.
- Availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST), Monday to Friday.
