Finom is hiring a People Operations Specialist (Spain & EU)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and analytics.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Manage the performance review process and provide feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure data privacy and security in HR systems.
  • Provide support during mergers and acquisitions processes.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Support the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Provide support during organizational changes and restructurings.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Assist in the development of employee engagement programs.
  • Support the implementation of health and safety protocols.
  • Provide support during disciplinary and grievance processes.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certification in HR management or a related field.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience with international HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with HR policy development and implementation.
  • Proficient in Spanish and EU labor laws and regulations.

Who You Are
