Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Bilingual Hotel Booking Specialist fluent in Dutch to provide exceptional booking support. This remote role is based in Greece, offering the chance to deliver excellent service to clients while enjoying the local environment.
What You'll Do
- Support Dutch-speaking clients with hotel booking inquiries and reservations through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about hotel options, amenities, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions.
- Process bookings accurately, ensuring all client preferences are correctly captured and confirmed.
- Handle customer issues or inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on hotel trends, properties, and offers to provide clients with the best options.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to effectively manage client concerns and provide swift solutions.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have
