Monks is looking for a Bilingual Copywriter to develop compelling narratives and innovative content for 360 integrated campaigns. You will focus on creating cohesive messaging across multiple channels, collaborate closely with art teams, and push creative boundaries beyond social media.
What You'll Do
- Develop cohesive 360 integrated campaign narratives and messaging frameworks that work seamlessly across channels.
- Generate innovative ideas, pitches, and prototypes, pushing creative boundaries in both storytelling and visuals.
- Collaborate closely to ensure alignment of art and copy, creating integrated campaigns that resonate.
- Conceptualize and craft content for branding, digital, experiential, and multi-channel activations.
- Drive storytelling by blending compelling visuals and engaging copy to capture audience attention.
- Push the limits of creative and technical possibilities, exceeding briefs and expectations.
- Contribute fresh perspectives, insights, and practical solutions to enhance campaign impact.
- Assemble presentation decks, proposals, and documentation that clearly communicate integrated concepts.
- Support team members with feedback, inspiration, and alignment throughout the creative process.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Copywriter with 1-3 years, demonstrating a strong portfolio of integrated campaigns.
- 100% bilingual fluency in Spanish and English and understanding of Mexican/American culture in the US.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of seamless teamwork in delivering cohesive campaigns.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, digital platforms, and media formats.
- Expertise in developing narratives and concepts that marry visual and verbal storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of engaging clients and internal teams globally.
- Skilled in creating compelling pitches, decks, and presentations that showcase integrated ideas.
- Ability to innovate, think strategically, and push creative boundaries beyond the original brief.
- Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge across disciplines.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and passion for delivering outstanding integrated campaigns.
