TaxValet is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to provide virtual and in-person behavioral health clinical supervision and direct patient engagement. This remote role within Ascend's service lines focuses on the counseling onboarding process, clinical engagement, and documentation in an outpatient clinic setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care within the assigned setting (90% direct patient care).
- Supervise 2-3 associate therapists.
- Manage assigned caseload by establishing priorities to ensure timely delivery and coordination of treatment services.
- Supervise, staff, and coordinate clinical employees within the program's service lines.
- Ensure required clinical engagements are completed and adhere to compliance timeliness.
- Provide assistance to management including training staff and updating the leadership team on employee performance.
- Communicate clear expectations to the counseling and intake teams and hold each employee appropriately accountable.
- Demonstrate proficiency and care coordination between behavioral health and medical integration.
- Have direct involvement with the multidisciplinary team including BHMPs, therapists, Peer Support Specialists, Care Coordinators, and all other treatment team members.
- Conduct ongoing chart reviews to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Act as a point of contact/clinical expert on complex clinical and team management issues.
- Identify staff’s clinical and professional development needs and collaborate with Leadership to implement training programs.
- Participate in the investigation and follow up on patient complaints.
- Follow all policies and procedures of the program.
- Participate in departmental orientation, on the job training, and quality initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted independent mental health license (LCSW) in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided.
- Board Certification to provide Clinical Supervision, as required by practicing location.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.

- Compensation: $105,000-$115,000
