NTT DATA Business Solutions North America is seeking a Bid Assurance Manager to play a pivotal role in our bid lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality assurance release processes during bid and contract creation, acting as a central coordinator for the bid team.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with quality-assuring release processes during bid and contract creation.
- Apply quality, risk, and process requirements consistently, including the four-eyes principle.
- Coordinate the bid team and manage interface work with sales, presales, delivery, legal, and resource management, ensuring timely achievement of all defined milestones.
- Review bid and contract documents regarding tender requirements, service descriptions, effort calculations, and commercial and contractual regulations, as well as assess potential risks.
- Moderate approval rounds with top management along defined decision milestones.
- Develop and implement new and changed regulations aligned with the process specifications of NTT DATA Business Solutions.
Team & Environment
