Lean TECHniques is hiring a BI Engineer I to turn messy data into meaningful insights. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Help clients define KPIs and create visual stories that make data actionable.
- Coach clients and teammates on Power BI best practices and modern data architecture.
- Push beyond basic reports to automate insights, detect anomalies, and drive business strategy with data.
- Continuously learn and grow with company support on time, tools, and resources.
