What You'll Do
Act as the main contact for US employees seeking help with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA accounts, leave policies, and disability programs. You'll respond to a steady flow of inquiries, ensuring each is resolved with accuracy and clear communication. Your work will involve investigating issues that span payroll, vendor platforms, and internal systems, taking full ownership from start to finish.
Process benefit enrollments, life event changes, eligibility updates, and terminations with precision and timeliness. Maintain data integrity in ADP and ensure consistency with carrier records. Collaborate with payroll teams to verify correct deductions and contributions, and work directly with US-based benefits providers, ADP, Fidelity, and brokers to resolve employee concerns efficiently.
Identify patterns in recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes or vendor performance. Support annual open enrollment with system setup, employee communications, and real-time troubleshooting. Provide immediate assistance during peak periods and ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA regulations through careful documentation and adherence to procedures.
Partner with internal AI teams to explore automation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and employee support. Track and report on case trends to help shape future enhancements to the benefits experience.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in US benefits administration or HR support
- Familiarity with US benefits regulations including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA
- Proven ability to manage high-volume employee inquiries with accuracy and empathy
- Experience using HRIS platforms, with preference for ADP
- Skill in navigating multiple systems and coordinating across vendors and payroll
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Clear, concise communication style with a focus on service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Availability during US business hours
