Kota is looking for a Benefits Operations Coordinator to contribute across multiple functions, regions, and business areas on our benefits operations team. You will have significant impact, growth, and visibility as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Set up new business across multiple districts and facilitate application processing between employers, employees, and insurance providers.
- Update and maintain the CRM system as needed.
- Map existing workflows and develop a strategy for automation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
- Assist the FinOps team with scheme reconciliations.
- Investigate and report financial discrepancies related to payments, commissions, and provider/customer transactions.
- Engage with employers and insurance providers to ensure smooth renewals.
- Work with the customer success team to refine and improve the renewal process.
- Process policy changes, including joiners, leavers, dependents, and cancellations.
- Partner with the customer success and engineering teams to streamline and automate processes.
