Lime is hiring a Benefits Administrator

About the Role

Lime is looking for a Benefits Administrator to own the delivery and development of our employee benefits proposition across 25+ countries in the EMEA and APAC regions. This role ensures effective administrative controls, meets deadlines with global payroll teams, and serves as a primary contact for employee inquiries.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all 'Business as Usual' aspects of Lime's benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, tax-efficient schemes, expense allowances, life insurance, disability, leave policies, and wellness programs.
  • Manage external suppliers to ensure service level agreements are met, accurate reporting is provided per deadlines, and credits/debits to Lime are recorded accurately.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Payroll, Business Partner and Talent Management teams to improve internal processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit-related inquiries via the Zendesk ticketing system.
  • Provide input to help design and improve communications materials, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and engaging. Produce materials for benefits education.
  • Ensure data handling complies with local domestic and international regulations, such as GDPR in the EU and UK.
  • Assist in regular audits of benefits data for accuracy and compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, or related HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, such as Workday or ADP.
  • Deep understanding of applicable employment laws and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English speaking and reading ability.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience contributing towards insurance renewal processes, vendor negotiations and Request for Proposal (RFP) exercises.

  • Relevant professional certifications and qualifications are welcome but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude to learning and professional development in the role.
  • Experience scaling teams, products, or processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to balance execution with strategy.

Team & Environment

This role is part of the People team and reports to the Benefits Manager for EMEA & APAC.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur.
