Intellect is looking for a Behavioural Health Coach to provide professional telehealth coaching to our clients. In this role, you will focus on sub-clinical cases, supporting clients through challenges like work stress and goal setting, while working collaboratively with our internal clinical team.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients on the Intellect platform.
- Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
- Support clients in setting personal or career goals.
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.
What We're Looking For
- Professional credentials and experience in a relevant coaching or counselling field.
- Ability to manage a caseload of clients via telehealth.
- Strong collaborative skills for working within a clinical team structure.
Nice to Have
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification.
- Background as a Clinical Psychologist or counsellor.
Team & Environment
Work collaboratively with the internal clinical team.
Work Mode
This is a local-country position based in Sofia and Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
