Intellect is looking for a Behavioural Health Coach to join our mission of expanding mental health access. In this role, you will provide one-on-one mental health coaching via our telehealth platform, focusing on clients' personal growth and well-being based on their individual needs. You will primarily deliver support through scheduled 30-minute video sessions.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients.
- Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
- Support clients in setting personal or career goals and improving relationships.
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.
What We're Looking For
- Background as a Clinical Psychologist or counsellor.
Nice to Have
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach certification.
Team & Environment
You will work collaboratively as part of a community and with an internal clinical team.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. You must be located in Belgium.
