Intellect is looking for a Behavioral Health Coach in Panama to provide professional telehealth coaching. Join us in our mission to expand mental health access through collaborative, client-focused support.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clients via scheduled video sessions.
- Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
- Support clients in setting and achieving personal or career goals.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.
What We're Looking For
- Background as a Clinical Psychologist or counsellor.
Nice to Have
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach certification.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a community working collaboratively with an internal clinical team, all focused on bringing greater mental health access to the public.
Work Mode
This is a local-country position based in Panama.
