Intellect is looking for a Behavioral Health Coach to join our mission of bringing greater mental health access to the public. In this role based in Oslo, Norway, you will provide professional telehealth coaching on our platform, focusing on supporting clients with sub-clinical needs and helping them set and achieve personal and career goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients using the Intellect platform.
- Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
- Support clients in setting up personal or career goals and improving relationships.
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience suitable for behavioral health coaching.
- Ability to manage a telehealth caseload and work collaboratively in a clinical team structure.
Nice to Have
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach certification.
- Credentials as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Credentials as a Counsellor.

You will work collaboratively with the internal clinical team to deliver and enhance our mental health support services.

This is a local-country position based in Oslo, Norway.
