DLA Piper is looking for a BD & Marketing Specialist – Global to join our marketing team. You will collaborate closely with lawyers and marketing colleagues to drive business development and marketing activities for our global and cross-border initiatives, particularly across the Americas. This role requires a proactive self-starter with strong critical thinking skills to partner with teams and achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Work on strategic client growth projects, pitches, content development, directory submissions, events, and webinars.
• Conduct and coordinate research on clients, markets, competitors, and industry trends to support cross-border activities.
• Assist in developing data-driven solutions and performing analytics for business development needs.
• Compile presentations, key metrics, and reports for leadership.
• Support other key practice and sector group projects as requested.
• Actively participate in lawyer meetings when appropriate.
• Utilize systems including Marketing Resource System (MRS), InterAction, and Experience Hub to manage workflow and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing or business development within a professional services environment.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, data analysis, client service, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous law firm experience.
• A high-energy, savvy professional with strong writing and presentation skills who excels at multitasking.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Senior Director of Global BD & Marketing and work closely with Marketing Managers and the broader team.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $70,336 - $107,177 per year.
