AnswersNow Inc is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) fluent in Spanish to deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to clients in Virginia. You will provide clinical leadership by conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans in a collaborative, virtual environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote direct therapy to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Collaborate with the Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met.
- Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments and risk assessments.
- Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and relevant state licensure guidelines.
- Work with families to identify, evaluate, and solve barriers to effective care.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Must be able to provide direct services in English and Spanish.
- Must have availability Monday-Friday from 4pm - 9pm ET / 1pm - 6pm PT.
- Basic proficiency with video conferencing software, data collection software, messaging apps, troubleshooting, and virtual care platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace.
