AnswersNow Inc is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver direct virtual ABA therapy to families through our proprietary telehealth platform. In this role, you will focus on hands-on care, including treatment plan writing, data collection, and running therapy sessions, with no supervision of RBTs required.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct virtual care via telehealth sessions to clients and families.
- Conduct treatment plan writing.
- Perform data collection and document sessions.
- Run therapy sessions through the proprietary AnswersNow platform.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Must have availability Monday-Friday from 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET / 12:30pm - 5:30pm PT.
- Must have digital fluency: video calls, Google Suite, data systems.
- Must have a reliable internet connection.
- Must reside in the United States (Does not include Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands).

- Annual Salary up to $100K or more. Part-time usually lands near $45k. Full-time can go past $100k with larger caseloads (10+ families).
