Batash Endoscopic Weight Loss is hiring a Patient Consultant to convert prospective leads into patients for our non-surgical weight loss procedures. This is a fully remote, performance-driven role where you will guide potential patients through the consultation, deposit, and scheduling process.

What You'll Do

Convert prospective leads into patients via phone, text, and email.
Conduct consult calls, sell leads on procedures, collect deposits, address key questions, and schedule appointments.
Hold approximately 35 initial consult calls per week (~10-15 minutes each) and convert 25% of these into scheduled procedures.
Collect 9 procedure deposits per week and follow up persistently with outstanding leads.
Proactively engage and sell all assigned leads through calls, emails, and texts.
Run effective consult calls, schedule follow-ups for warm leads, and follow up with leads at least 2-3 times if they disengage.
Provide persuasive information and resources to convert leads, improve patient experience, and minimize cancellations.
Work with patients over a ~2-6+ week period to take deposits, confirm scheduling, and support financing and paperwork.
Answer and triage all questions from potential patients.
Take thorough, descriptive notes in the CRM system after all interactions.

What We're Looking For

Able to handle 35 new potential clients per week via consult calls and manage an active book of 70-100 potential clients.
Available to handle urgent calls and deposits during evening hours (up to 9 pm ET) and over weekends.
Can work largely autonomously, problem-solve independently, and handle calls with no direct support.
Consistently strives to deliver on and exceed targets, even if it requires working beyond standard hours.
Strong attention to detail.
