Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by providing a warm welcome, attentive care, and personalized beverage experiences, while handling feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service, consistent beverage preparation and presentation per resort standards, and maintain mise-en-place, stock rotation, and cleanliness.
- Supervise and motivate bar staff to uphold high service quality, conduct on-the-job training on product knowledge and service techniques, and foster collaboration with restaurant and kitchen teams.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory accurately, prevent wastage, ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and supplies, and assist in cost control while reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, contribute creative ideas for new offerings and promotions, and stay updated on trends.
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards per resort policies, and ensure bar equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
- Assist with staff scheduling, daily reporting, bar requisitions, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of bar operations.
