What You'll Do
Manage pricing documentation and standard aftermarket offers across customer segments, product lines, and timeframes. Generate detailed sales reports covering customer behavior, product performance, pricing trends, and volume metrics to support strategic planning.
Coordinate communication between manufacturing facilities, internal departments, and clients to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. Monitor offer terms and compare them against approved pricing guidelines, flagging deviations as needed. Take ownership of the CPQ offer lifecycle, from initiation to final tracking, ensuring alignment with sales requirements and timely execution.
Lead tender review meetings and support bid decision processes, including GO/NO-GO and Bid/No-Bid evaluations. Track won/lost deals in Salesforce and contribute to post-mortem analyses. Escalate commercial risks promptly and assist in resolving disputes involving suppliers, plants, or customers. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to support forecasting and business insights.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree and at least five years of professional experience in banking, insurance, retail, production controlling, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and effective prioritization skills
- Show initiative and the ability to act independently within defined responsibilities
- Possess negotiation skills appropriate to assigned tasks
- Work effectively in teams and engage professionally with diverse, multicultural stakeholders, both on-site and remote
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and have experience with ERP systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, or Oracle
- Communicate fluently in both written and spoken Turkish and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Understand corporate bidding procedures, local commercial practices, and Turkish public sector protocols
- Male applicants must have completed military service
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in İstanbul or other European locations, supporting a flexible work model that includes both office and remote work. Candidates with prior experience in split weekly schedules are preferred.
