Remote Recruitment is hiring a B2B Telemarketing Specialist for a remote contract supporting a UK-based technology company. In this 3–4 month role, you will engage senior decision-makers across two high-impact campaigns: an AI/Copilot webinar and a local AV Health Check drive.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to target audiences for two distinct campaigns: a nationwide Webinar & Copilot Readiness Assessment and a local Free AV Health Check for businesses in London's Square Mile.
- Engage with senior decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, and Facilities Managers.
- Communicate the value of IT and AV services clearly and professionally.
- Drive registrations for the AI & Copilot Webinar and qualify leads for the Readiness Assessment.
- Book or qualify AV Health Check appointments with relevant local businesses.
- Tailor your messaging to fit the specific campaign focus, whether digital transformation or AV services.
- Log all calls and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team by reporting daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Follow up via email with supporting information and registration or booking links.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B telemarketing or outbound sales experience.
- Strong phone-based communication skills and the ability to pitch persuasively to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience securing webinar registrations, booking appointments, and qualifying leads.
- Confidence using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and public data sources for lead generation.
- Fast learner who can grasp technical concepts like Microsoft 365 Copilot and present benefits simply.
- Highly organized with strong note-taking, reporting, and call-logging skills.
- A professional, polished, and persistent approach, capable of handling objections and keeping conversations focused.
- A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer.
