Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy for both HIP and Neon Canvas across paid, organic, and content channels
- Oversee all active paid campaigns on Meta and Google — directing copy, creative, offers, budgets, and strategy in partnership with the internal paid media team
- Support the internal sales team with quality, qualified lead flow from campaign activity
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance based on data
- Own the trade show marketing strategy for both brands — from pre-show promotion and booth messaging to post-show follow-up campaigns
- Define clear goals and success metrics for each event and hold the team accountable to them
- Ensure lead capture, HubSpot entry, and follow-up sequences are in place before every show
- Measure and report ROI for each trade show and use that data to inform future event investment decisions
- Conduct comprehensive website, SEO, and marketing audits for prospective B2B clients in collaboration with the Practice Advisor — approximately 5 per month
- Translate audit findings into clear, prioritized marketing strategies with defined execution plans
- Own the strategy deliverable — not just the discovery
- Serve as the primary client contact for a portfolio of 10 B2B accounts — owning the relationship from onboarding through retention
- Lead 5 monthly client calls per week, each requiring dedicated prep and thorough post-call follow-through
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities, warning signs, and areas where clients need more support
- Maintain client trust through consistent communication and follow-through
- Serve as the internal HubSpot owner — responsible for the platform’s integrity, structure, and performance across all top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel activities
- Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot automations and workflows that support lead nurturing, client onboarding, follow-up sequences, and retention — for both internal brands and client accounts
- Own all HubSpot field definitions, data structures, and contact/company/deal properties to ensure clean, consistent, and actionable data across the platform
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards that surface meaningful insights for internal campaigns, sales pipeline, client account health, and trade show ROI — not just activity metrics
- Manage and audit lead capture forms, landing pages, and tracking to ensure every top-of-funnel source is properly attributed and flowing into the right pipelines
- Build and maintain deal pipelines and lifecycle stages that accurately reflect where prospects and clients are across the sales and retention process
- Identify trends, opportunities, and wins across HubSpot data for both internal brands and client portfolios — and use those insights to inform campaign decisions and strategy conversations
- Ensure HubSpot hygiene is maintained: regular list audits, deduplication, data integrity checks, and field standardization across all contacts and accounts
