BiOptimizers is looking for a B2B Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our retail accounts. Joining a mission-driven team, you'll help move people from baseline health to peak biological performance by ensuring a seamless experience for our retail partners.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to retail accounts, maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting sales growth.
- Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Respond to sales team questions and provide accurate pricing, stock, and delivery information.
- Ensure a seamless experience for retail customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Respond to customer inquiries within one hour and follow up on customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Health and wellness industry experience, particularly in dietary supplements, vitamins, or nutraceuticals.
- 2+ years of customer service or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a remote or asynchronous environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter that works well alone or in small groups.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a medium to short timeline with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
Nice to Have
- Ability to work with different platforms such as Zoho, Acumatica, or SPS.
- Familiarity with the health and wellness space, supplements, and e-commerce.
