20four7VA is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support & Administrative Assistant to join as an offshore independent contractor. You will deliver remote services to clients worldwide, focusing on providing support for a company that sells software to small and medium-sized businesses.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and web chat.
- Provide clear instructions, troubleshooting, or follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage and organize repetitive or time-consuming administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support the team with simple content updates such as blog posting.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all written communications.
- Escalate issues or complex queries to internal staff as needed.
