Jobgether is hiring an AWS Solution Architect to drive the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based contact center and AI solutions. You will partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and implement scalable AWS architectures that improve agent efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery sessions and technology assessments to identify business needs and ROI opportunities for cloud solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy AWS-based contact center solutions, including Amazon Connect integrations.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and effective cloud architectures using AWS best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities, and technical communications.
- Drive adoption of automation, workflow optimization, and integration strategies across CRM, WFM, and contact center platforms.
- Develop documentation, training, and best practices to support solution adoption and knowledge transfer.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer-facing contact center solutions, pre-sales, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, and solution design.
- Proficiency in scripting/coding (Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js) and API integrations (WebRTC, SIP).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and other contact center platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio).
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and cloud deployment skills (CloudFormation, Lambda, Lex, Call Flow design).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level engagement skills.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD frameworks (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy).
- Experience with workforce management, outbound dialers, campaign management, and automation tools.
- Ability to lead enterprise-level projects independently while guiding technical teams.
Nice to Have
- AWS Solution Architect certification preferred.
