RNRS Solutions is hiring a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to scale and automate infrastructure across cloud environments, ensuring resilience, observability, and security for our high-availability financial technology platform. This role offers direct impact on system uptime, deployment velocity, and platform reliability within a fast-moving, global team.
What You'll Do
- Scale infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins.
- Own monitoring, alerting, and incident response with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and PagerDuty.
- Work within a multi-account AWS setup, including Landing Zone and Control Tower.
- Collaborate with development teams on deployment strategies and secure system design.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead post-incident reviews.
- Drive compliance, security, and audit-readiness across all environments.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles within high-uptime environments.
- Strong cloud experience, with AWS as a must-have.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, DNS.
- A clear, structured communicator with a strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in agile product teams.
- English at a professional working level (B2+).
Nice to Have
- Experience in the fintech space or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of GDPR, PCI DSS, or financial compliance standards.
- Linux sysadmin background.
- Experience with GCP or Azure.
