OCBC Bank is hiring an AVP, IT Project Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to strengthen our PMO governance. In this role, you will ensure projects adhere to defined processes, meet quality standards, and deliver accurate reporting to leadership.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate adherence to project management frameworks and alignment with PMO standards.
- Report QA findings with recommended actions to Project Managers.
- Identify systemic issues and propose enhancements to PMO processes.
- Assist in developing QA templates, checklists, and audit criteria.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO QA, or IT Audit.
- Excellent knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Proficient in project management and reporting tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or MS Project.
- Familiarity with IT change and release management processes.
- Advanced expertise in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, assertive with good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial institutions or regulatory projects.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and frameworks.
- PMP, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ITIL certifications are an added advantage.
