Responsibilities
- Assess compliance with established project management methodologies and alignment with PMO guidelines.
- Communicate QA assessment outcomes and suggested corrective measures to the Project Manager.
- Detect recurring or structural problems and recommend improvements to PMO procedures.
- Support the creation of quality assurance tools such as templates, checklists, and audit standards.
