About the Role

This role partners with financial advisors to enhance practice management by designing and implementing strategies that improve business operations, client engagement, and long-term growth. The consultant provides guidance on practice development, leveraging financial planning as a core driver of scalability and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with financial advisors to assess current business models and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop customized practice management strategies aligned with client acquisition and retention goals
  • Deliver consulting services focused on operational efficiency and workflow optimization
  • Integrate financial planning into core advisory services to strengthen client relationships
  • Conduct business reviews to evaluate performance metrics and key benchmarks
  • Provide guidance on team structuring and role delegation within advisory practices
  • Support implementation of client segmentation and service tier models
  • Train advisors on best practices for scaling their businesses
  • Facilitate workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions for practice improvement
  • Leverage data analytics to inform strategic recommendations
  • Assist in setting measurable goals for revenue growth and client base expansion
  • Promote adoption of technology tools that enhance practice efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory considerations
  • Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver holistic solutions
  • Document consulting engagements and track progress against action plans
  • Ensure recommendations align with firm standards and compliance protocols
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
  • Identify cross-functional resources to support practice transformation
  • Measure impact of practice management initiatives through performance tracking
  • Support change management within advisory teams
  • Encourage continuous improvement through feedback loops
