Bath & Body Works is embarking on its first entry into the mass beauty marketplace. As the Associate Vice President, Expanded Distribution, you will design and implement the strategy to successfully establish our brands in mass beauty —initially through a third-party partner—while building the internal team and capabilities needed for long-term growth. This role requires an entrepreneurial builder mindset, operating like a startup within a large, established company.
