Planet Honda is hiring an Automotive Service Technician

Planet Honda is looking for Automotive Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, as part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships.

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostic testing, and repairs on new Honda and other manufacturer pre-owned vehicles.
• Execute maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and other routine tasks.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.
• Utilize Honda-specific diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicles efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Honda technology and service procedures through ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to dealership and OSHA standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and recommended maintenance to service advisors.
• Work with the service advisor team to ensure smooth workflow and communication with customers.

What We're Looking For

• Prior dealership or private repair experience.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A great work ethic and a team-player attitude.
• Desire to grow your career with the best in the business.
• A great attitude.
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice to Have

• ASE certifications are welcome.
