GigaBrands is looking for an Automations Specialist to lead end-to-end initiatives that make our systems smarter, faster, and more seamless. You will integrate platforms, develop custom systems, and build AI-driven workflows to directly enhance both internal operations and e-commerce performance.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement smart, scalable workflows across tools like Airtable, ClickUp, Zapier, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Integrate platforms and develop custom Airtable systems.
- Build AI-driven workflows with ChatGPT.
- Optimize reporting processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and managing automations across multiple digital platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Airtable (custom systems, views, and automations).
- Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, and ClickUp.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- A creative, user-centric approach to system design and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with App Script, JavaScript, or PHP for custom logic.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Amazon operations or within an e-commerce agency.
- Passion for AI-driven innovation and automation strategy.
- Experience building automations for reporting, analytics, or campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, ClickUp, or Notion.
