Responsibilities
- Develop and manage AI-powered agents using large language model APIs such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI to automate processes in content generation, evaluation, and publication for educational platforms and support resources.
- Manage and enhance the learning technology infrastructure, including integrations with Skilljar and Sanity CMS, to ensure stable performance, scalability, and smooth content deployment.
- Detect inefficiencies in content operations and implement automated solutions where gaps currently exist.
- Collaborate with Product, User Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to uncover areas for system enhancements and introduce AI-based innovations within customer learning environments.
- Apply technical skills to prototype and integrate interactive learning features guided by instructional design input from team members.
