AUTO1 Group is looking for a Teamleiter to lead, motivate, and develop a 1st Level Call Center team of approximately 10 employees in Kosovo. Your focus will be ensuring excellent service quality and working with your team to achieve key Customer Service KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a Call Center team of approximately 10 employees.
- Ensure excellent service quality and work with your team to achieve Customer Service KPIs.
- Continuously improve processes through targeted analysis of reports to enhance the online car buying experience.
- Actively participate in shaping customer service and operational processes by analyzing existing workflows.
- Act as a communicative and cross-team interface between 1st and 2nd Level support.
- Support your team, lead by example, and set standards in daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience leading a customer-facing call center team or in a similar communicative role with demonstrable successes.
- Natural leadership personality with persuasive power, strategic skills, and high social competence.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, independent, and conscientious way of working.
- Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficient use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
- Communication talent—textually secure, eloquent, and strong in contact—in a business environment in German and English.
