Allstate is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team. You'll investigate the facts of auto accident losses, determine coverage and liability, and adjust claims within authority. This is an entry-level role where you'll help shape the future of insurance protection at a leading national provider.
What You'll Do
- Investigate basic auto claims regarding coverage, liability, and damages
- Identify customer needs and provide service using appropriate skills
- Apply a basic understanding of company systems and technology
- Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential
- Exhibit a basic understanding of company insurance policies and industry relationships
- Begin recognizing vehicle body parts and other potential property damage
What We're Looking For
- Ability to handle basic claims investigation and customer service
- Willingness to learn company systems, policies, and industry relationships
- Basic analytical skills to determine coverage and liability
- Strong attention to detail for identifying vehicle damage and facts of loss
Nice to Have
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
