An opening exists for a qualified Audiologist in Puerto Rico to deliver specialized hearing assessments and diagnostic services. The role focuses on identifying and evaluating audiological conditions that may be associated with military service, ensuring patients receive appropriate care and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and interpret results to support accurate diagnosis.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to offer audiological insights and recommendations.
- Identify cases requiring advanced assessment and refer patients accordingly.
- Diagnose hearing disorders and document findings with precision.
- Work alongside medical teams to promote coordinated, continuous care.
- Explain conditions and treatment approaches clearly to patients.
- Maintain complete, up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Prepare and submit clinical reports to the Project Medical Director as needed.
- Assist in mentoring team members to strengthen clinical capabilities.
- Follow established protocols and clinical guidelines to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving clinical performance under leadership direction.
- Coordinate with outside agencies when necessary to ensure smooth patient transitions and referrals.
