About the Role

Position OverviewJoin our dental care network as a PRN Dental Hygienist, serving offices in Naples, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers, Florida. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to contribute to consistent, high-quality oral health services across multiple locations. You'll work as part of a supportive clinical team, focusing on preventive care and patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine teeth cleanings and evaluate oral health conditions
  • Guide patients in effective home care routines and preventive strategies
  • Support dentists during examinations and treatment procedures
  • Capture dental images, including X-rays, as needed
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date patient records in compliance with health standards
  • Follow strict sterilization and safety protocols in all clinical settings

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
  • Current license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Florida
  • Certification in local anesthesia administration
  • CPR and First Aid training, if required by state regulation
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a patient-focused approach
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in clinical documentation
