Sutter Health / Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation – South is hiring an Audiologist II to help launch and shape our new Audiology and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery program. This clinical role focuses on providing expert care for adult patients with complex hearing, ear, and balance disorders within a specialized Otology and Neurotology practice.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive audiological and vestibular evaluations, including VEMP and VHIT testing.
- Conduct cochlear implant and bone conduction implant evaluations, programming, and follow-up.
- Perform hearing aid assessments, fittings, and ongoing patient management.
- Diagnose and treat patients with complex ear disease.
- Administer hearing and related tests using specialized audiological instruments and electronic equipment.
- Collaborate closely with ENT colleagues, including otology/neurotology specialists.
- Help define clinic workflows and processes as part of a new program.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited audiology program.
- Current Audiologist (AUDIO) license and BLS certification.
- 2+ years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
- Proven skills in diagnostic audiometry, hearing aid fitting, and follow-up.
- Direct experience working with adult cochlear implant and bone conduction implant patients.
- Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with computers and required technology.
- Excellent professional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Team & Environment
You will be a foundational member of a new Audiology and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery program, working closely with ENT colleagues in a collaborative clinical setting.
Benefits & Compensation
- $61.93 to $77.41 per hour.
