National General Holdings Corp., a member of the Allstate family of companies, is hiring an Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster – UM. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages, and adjusting and negotiating claims within your authority. We are looking for a candidate with strong negotiation skills who excels at managing multiple priorities efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle for complex cases.
- Apply an advanced understanding of insurance policies, the industry, and internal organizational relationships.
- Handle all aspects of complex auto claims investigation (coverage, liability, damages) with discretion and an increased level of authority.
- Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims.
- Recognize vehicle body parts and understand other potential property damage.
- Identify and meet customer needs using appropriate service skills.
- Mentor junior employees.
What We're Looking For

Nice to Have
- Solid foundation in UM and coverage investigations.
- Experience handling claims in AL, AR, MS, MO, TX, TN, and LA.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $68,500.00 - $104,100.00 for the Adjuster Sr. Cons I level.
